This study examined the availability and utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered tools for enhancing teachers' service delivery in public secondary schools in Anambra State. Two research questions guided the study. The population of the study comprised 6,598 teachers in the six education zone of Anambra State. Two hundred and ninety-five teachers were sampled from the population. Data were collected using an 18-item self-structured questionnaire titled “Availability and Utilization of Artificial Intelligence Tools Questionnaire (AUAITQ). The instrument was divided into two clusters. The first cluster addressed the first research question on availability of AI-powered tools, while the second cluster addressed the second research question on utilization of AI-powered tools for enhancing teachers service delivery. Data collected were analysed using mean and standard deviation. The results showed that most AI-powered tools highlighted are not available. The absence of these AI-powered tools necessarily means that they cannot be utilized, indicating a significant gap in their adoption and usage by teachers in public secondary schools in Anambra State. Based on the findings it was recommended among others that government should prioritize ensuring that AI-powered tools are available for teachers to use for effective instructional service delivery.
